For your chance to WIN a weekend in Ballarat worth $2.5k complete the Summer Sundays Feedback Survey via the QR code displayed at the Summer Sundays concert series (survey can only be accessed by attending the event) in the Ballarat Botanical Gardens each event.
Participants who complete the full survey and provide their contact details will go into the random prize draw.
Competition terms and conditions:
1. Summer Sundays Feedback Survey Competition (“the Competition”) is conducted by the City of Ballarat (ABN: 37 601 599 422).
2. Entering is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Competition commences 1:00pm, Sunday 4 January 2026 and closes 08:00pm, Sunday 25 January 2026.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia.
5. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardians must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
6. City of Ballarat employees and Ballarat City Councillors, and their immediate family are not eligible to win this promotion.
7. Only one survey entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Entries must be submitted via the official Summer Sundays Feedback Survey from via QR code when attending the event only. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
9. Entries that are offensive or deemed inappropriate by the City of Ballarat will not be considered.

11. In the instance that the winner drawn is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the Parent/Guardian.
12. The prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. Each participating business contributing to the prize pool maintains its own Terms and Conditions, which shall apply to the respective products or services offered. Compliance with these individual Terms and Conditions is mandatory for redemption.
13. No part of this prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
14. The winners will be drawn at random by the City of Ballarat on Thursday 29 January 2026.
15. The winners will be notified by phone, email and announced on www.summersundayballarat.com.au (first initial and last name) by Friday 30 January 2026.
16. The prize is to be collected by the winner from the City of Ballarat Visitor Centre in the Town Hall at a date/time agreed to by prize winner and the City of Ballarat. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being announced, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the City of Ballarat shall be entitled to draw another winner in accordance with the process described above.
17. The winner can select only one prize option to the value of $2,500 as listed in item 10.
18. All vouchers are valid in line with the terms and conditions per each offering from each business. Some offerings may require participants to be 18+ and ID will need to be provided at the venues if requested.
19. City of Ballarat decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Your personal information is being collected by City of Ballarat to enable identification of the winner. Your information will be stored in Council’s Database and used to identify you when communicating with Council and for the delivery of services and information. Your personal details will be added to the City of Ballarat email database for the purpose of contact for future promotions and marketing information. For further information on how your personal information is handled, refer to Council’s Privacy Policy at www.ballarat.vic.gov.au.
