About Summer Sundays

Summer Sundays is Ballarat’s favourite live music event.

A free community concert series that occurs annually over four Sundays in January at the Ballarat Botanical Gardens.

Displaying an eclectic array of music from jazz to country, blues to pop, soul to folk and afrobeat to indie-rock, Summer Sundays is an all-inclusive event and attracts an intergenerational crowd.

In addition to live music, local and regional food and beverage vendors offer a range of cuisine, and the pop-up Garden Bar serves local beer and regional wine to quench summer thirsts. Summer Sundays is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike and makes for many memorable afternoons in Ballarat with friends and family.
